2011 BBC Auction Bus Trip Itinerary: PA - VT - PA

Price: $100 per person ($75 if staying at Salt Ash Inn)
Includes: Transportation, lodging at camp (lodging at the Salt Ash Inn available, $139 and up/night), some meals, lots of fun.

Thanks to the generosity of Spruce Lake Retreat we are able to use their most comfortable bus for a very low cost which keeps the price of this trip way down!

Detailed Itinearary:

Friday September 23rd

12 noon: Depart from Franconia Mennonite Church

5pm: Stop for dinner in Manchester, VT - $$

8pm: Arrive at camp/Salt Ash Settle in for the night

Saturday September 24th

7:30am: Breakfast @ camp
9am: Auction Preview – Get your bids ready!
10am: Auction – Bid! Bid! Bid!
12:30pm: Lunch at Camp
2:30pm: Choose Camp OR Woodstock

Staying at Camp:
- Tree House Hike
- Kayaking at the Pond
- Frisbee Golf
- Napping, relaxing and sitting around

Woodstock:
- Shopping around Woodstock Village - $$
- Hike Mount Tom: A 2 hour hike to see Woodstock from above
- Billings Farm: www.billingsfarm.org - $$ Quilt Exhibition
- Craft Saturday: Basket Weaving
- 6:00pm: Dinner (White Cottage, Prince and Pauper or Corners Inn) - $$
- 7:30pm: Bus departs to return to Camp
- 8:00pm: Fireside & S'mores with Directors and Board Chair
