Summer Camp Application Form

We are looking forward to camping with you this summer!

Please fill out one registration for each camper.

Once you submit this form, you will receive a confirmation via email that Bethany Birches has received this information. To process your application, we must receive your nonrefundable deposit of $50 and you will be required to complete the Permission to Participate and Assumption of Risk form upon arrival.

If you prefer to fill in a paper form, please call the office at 802-672-5220, and we would be happy to mail the form to you. Once your registration and deposit are received, Bethany Birches will confirm your registration for the session.

FREE Stuff
  If you invite a brand new camper to BBC and they list you as the person who invited them, you get a free shirt. And, for those of you who are coming to camp for the first time, just list the person who invited you and you get a free T-shirt. Obviously, if the person you invite doesn’t come, we can’t give you a free shirt. Sorry.
  If you have invited three new-to-BBC campers and they all come, your week is on us.
 

 

Shelter Partner Requests

Each camper may request one other camper they want to camp with. If you both request each other, we promise to place you in the same shelter. We will only honor one request and we may not place you together if you have not requested each other.
 
 

Permision to Participate and Asumption of Risk

I as the legal guardian of (camper name herein), give permission for my child to fully participate in the program of Bethany Birches Camp Inc. and all of the activities associated, for which my child is registered. I give permission for my child to be transported by approved camp staff and vehicles for camp activities and/or medical treatment. I give Bethany Birches Camp Inc. permission to use photographs, video and the like that include my child for publicity. I recognize that Bethany Birches Camp Inc. will not sell my address, phone number, e-mail address or personal information to anyone or organization. My permission is given with the understanding that Bethany Birches Camp Inc. staff will make reasonable efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of my child including adequate staff training, CPR training, general health and safety training, regular maintenance on equipment and maintaining reasonable camper/staff ratios. However, there are inherent risks associated with participating in any camp programs which, however slight the chances of occurrence, cannot be reasonably eliminated. These risks include but are not limited to falls, collisions, burns, getting lost, equipment failure or being struck by objects. There are general risks associated with behaviors of other participants, employees and agents of Bethany Birches Camp Inc.

In consideration of the permission granted the herein named child to participate in Bethany Birches Camp Inc. activities, I/we hereby release, and covenant with, Bethany Birches Camp Inc. that we will never, individually or as legal guardian(s) of said child, institute any action at law or in equity for any personal injuries, or injuries to property, real or personal, caused by, or arising out of camping and other related activities sponsored by Bethany Birches Camp Inc., its successors and legal representatives.

Each summer, many families who want to send their children to camp just can’t. Will you help us Bridge the Gap ? Give to our Kids to Camp Fund and pay to get these youth a valuable life experience. Tax Deductible – make your check payable to “Bethany Birches Camp – Kids to Camp” or give online.

Cancelations and Refunds:

We can not refund your deposit.
We can not make a refund for a camper leaving camp during any camp session for any reason.  Sorry. If you cancel your session 3 weeks prior to the session start date, we can refund all but $50.  After that point, we can only refund for reasons that limit participation out of your control (broken bone, sickness etc.).
