Voyager Extended Session joins the Voyager Session and the Pilgrim Sessions of the summer. Campers will participate in the normal camp week with other campers but have their own unique sessions that bridge 2 weeks including, but not limited to:

- Boat Building

- Wilderness Skills

- Cooperative Activities

- Service Adventures

- Nature Lessons

The Wilderness Weekend in between is an adventure like no other…

Just after Parent Fireside, campers will gather with their wilderness weekend companions and take only what they can carry to the weekend site where 2 treehouses in the middle of the woods await them.

During the weekend campers will have opportunity to relax after an exciting week of camp and at the same time gear up for another week of adventure and fun back at main camp.

Campers spend time learning wilderness skills including:

• wood carving
• trail blazing
• knot tying
• purifying water
• cooking over a fire
• orienteering

Campers also participate in activities to develop community amongst each other including:

• teambuilding challenges
• Firesides
• Hikes
• Free time to relax together

On Sunday afternoon wilderness weekend campers return to camp for a brief pond time, showers and then join a shelter for their 2nd week of camp!
